| How quickly will I receive my order? |

| All orders received before 3pm are dispatched the same day by first class post. 95% of all UK orders are delivered the following business day. Orders are sent by recorded or special delivery to ensure that they arrive safely. |

| Can I specify a different delivery address? |

| Yes you can. Simply fill in the relevant forms online once you have chosen your products. We can send to any address other than PO Boxes. |

We offer a money back guarantee on all weight loss products (with the exception of the contour wrap). Simply return your unused patches/capsules to us and we will issue a pro rata refund upon receipt.
All products can be returned to us unopened in the origonal packaging for a full, no questions asked refund. |
